Urban Retreat: 2 Bd Apt, WiFi, AC, Parking

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment, conveniently located and close to public transport. Positive: Property very comfortable and felt secure and safe. Facilities within the property were excellent and very well equipped with everything needed for our stay. Hosts were also excellent and answered our questions quick and effectively. Negative: The area outside the property felt a little unsafe. There was quite a lot of traffic noise during the day, but not too bad at night. Bathrooms did not appear to have any extraction and a slightly bad smell was noticed.

A well-appointed apartment in a great location, with everything provided for a comfortable stay. Positive: this is a great apartment - well-appointed and in a great location in Onehunga. Everything you need is on your doorstep. I will definitely stay again

We enjoyed staying in the apartment which was beautifully presented and well equipped. Positive: The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable Negative: We didn’t like (1) The key collection process, the lock box was down a dark alleyway and it was difficult to find. We arrived late at night and there was a drunken man close by so it was a little unnerving. (2) the security and identity process we had to go through after booking was quite involved but we appreciate this might have been necessary due to a negative experience in the past (3) a welcome pack with a few provisions for breakfast would have been welcome and enhanced our stay.

Spacious, well equipped apartment. Positive: Apartment was bright and cheerful, loved the balcony where we enjoyed a wine in the evenings. Beds very comfortable, plenty of storage space for luggage. Negative: There was a slight hiccup in our stay in that the garage remote was not where it was supposed to be. Maybe having the people who turn the apartment over double check this would do away with this issue. Managers did everything they could to help us remedy this problem and track down the remote.
